We have 3 Dopod 838 equivalents - 2 838Pros and a JASJAM, the WiMo 5 had no problems connecting, WiMo 6 upgrades were flaky, and WiMo 6.1 just doesn't like any but one of our access points (a Dlink DI524 (802.11b/g) with a partially broken antenna) even when sitting right next to them. 3 access points, all using WEP (yeah yeah). The netgear (802.11b/g) and linksys WAP11 (802.11b) have the strongest signals, but simply will not connect. The PSP and Nintendo DS have no issues and love them all equally. phew, its not just me that is feeling the pain.
