PS to Jones question. I wrote to iGo and got this reply:
Due to changes in the market, the Bluetooth and Infrared keyboards and mouse were discontinued 2 years ago and are no longer supported by iGo. The intellectual property was sold and we no longer have the technical support staff to provide an answer to your questions. The following website link has the drivers and manuals for those devices that are supported: http://corporate.igo.com/support/Drivers.asp.
NOTE: The iPhone is not supported. If you have a Blackberry, select “RIM” for the manufacturer.

[ Motorola Q9h, WM6, ThinkOutside Stowaway Sierra ]
I installed the driver found at http://corporate.igo.com/support/Drivers.asp
Had trouble at first but per Levanter above, then installed to device and not to card. Don't know if that made it work or if it was confirming that keyboard program/menu/key typing was set to "StwyUSBasic.kbd:(Compatible)" It kinda worked in English mode but had no Return Key response.
Now, the Return Key works too.
If you connect and get the request for a passkey, enter one on device 1st, hit Enter on device. A box will open to enter same passkey on keyboard, hit enter on keyboard. At first I did not think the keyboard had connected because until the passkey is accepted, you will not see any response on your device, but after you hit enter, it should connect. Great to have my Sowaway back!!

Wow, Levanter, you just helped extend the life of my Stowaway Thinkoutside keyboard. Installing the cab to the device instead of the SD card did the trick. Fully supported on WM 6.1 on the new HTC Touch HD. Thanks a million!

So... I also received the Drakar Error but discovered its because I had installed the driver onto the SD card, I removed the driver and installed it onto the phone and then it worked for the Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse!

I tried to install the SW in my new ipaq 211 but intallation went wrong in every attempt. I wrote to Igo to see if they might fix it with a WM6-compatible drive for the Stowaway keyboard.

I have Flame and a think outside BT Keyboard. I also could not load the drivers, BUT if you just pair it with the flame in the normal way. When asked for the passcode enter whatever number you want and then enter the same nuber on the keyboard and press return. Voila! You can enter text using either the BT keyboard or the onscreen input. I think some of the shortcut functions will not work but I never used those. I hope this helps. (It works with both WM5 & 6)

Hi,
Recently purchased the XDA Flame and have the BT Slim Keyboard, the Think Outside but its the same as the Dell and a variety of others and I am sure the one you mentioned. I am unable to get it to sync with the Flame, it works with my Eten X500 running Mobile 5, but the Flame will not work. The Mobility site said that the VOX was untested, tried PPC5 & Imate but the same. Any suggestions ???
Thank You,
John

Exactly which driver did you install? I have an HTC VOX as well and the WM5 drivers I have found on thinkoutside.com have all finished with a message on the smartphone saying the install was unsuccessful because the .cab file does not support this device.

I'm using Dopod D810 with WM6.

Since no specific driver is available for D810, I downloaded the WM5 driver for Dopod 838.

After installing the driver, the first message received during setup was:

"Bluetooth system not detected. Current version of the keyboard/mouse driver supports the following Bluetooth stacks:
Drakar (Socket) 6.x.x

After you install or upgrade a stack, tap "Enable" on the Config page. select Bluetooth wireless keyboard, and tap "Setup" to enable the stack."

I'm now trying to see if I could get the Drakar (Socket) 6.x.x installed on my PDA.
