The intellectual property was sold and we no longer have the technical support staff to provide an answer to your questions. I also could not load the drivers, BUT if you just pair it with the flame in the normal way. When asked for the passcode enter whatever number you want and then enter the same nuber on the keyboard and press return. Voila! You can enter text using either the BT keyboard or the onscreen input. I think some of the shortcut functions will not work but I never used those. I hope this helps.
