		<description>I agree that Win Mo should automatically do this. In the meantime, you can force a hyperlink by prefixing the phone number with a tel: like tel:555-111-2222 followed by a space. (Note that you have to press the space bar before it becomes a link, if you just press enter it doesn't turn into a link.) This "feature" works in Outlook, and I use it to embedded conference call phone numbers into the Notes areas of meeting requests. This does not work in the Location field of a meeting request.</description>
