I too am looking for something decent, easy and hasselfree. I want to either sync my mobile with my laptop or pc, but what if that gets stolen along with your phone? What then?

We need something that allowes you to sync your outlook contacts, calendar and notes from your phone directly to windows live!

.... if this is already available, tell me how to set this up...

labtroll: Some people don't need or want an Exchange Server account. They simply want a simple easy out-of-the-box experience to sync their mobile device with their PC.

You get Outlook free when you sign up for exchange hosting anyway. They are just ~$7/month up.
