Steve Jobs has already said that they are not allowing 3rd party applications to be installed. That, it seems to be, is less flexible than the other smartphones available (Windows Mobile, Palm OS, Symbian, etc.).</description>

As per specification of the iPhone this device running on natural Mac OSX OS that is real OS and with more flex possibilities (not like Pocket PCs). This also mean that will be very easy to sync with mac :-)</description>
