<description>I tried Opera Mini on my old Nokia 6100 recently and was very pleased with it.

The WAP browser in the phone had become obsolete and could no longer render most WAP sites. With Opera, I can now not only read any WAP site but the entire web. Because of the constant connection to the web server, the response time is incredible. It's much more responsive than the built-in browser and the server-side reformatting is impressively successful at making web sites legible.

See the &lt;a href="http://www.ibece.org/archives/2007/01/17-opera-mini-saved-my-nokia" rel="nofollow"&gt;post on my blog&lt;/a&gt;.
